GSW has recognised the important role sport has to be a flagship example of DEI on a global scale. GSW has advised the NFL, NCAA and other organizations (Fritz Pollard Alliance, NASCAR and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to name a few) on designing programs that will advance their DEI initiatives.
GSW works with sports businesses helping them identify DEI impediments in their business, through the systematic and methodical review and reporting of their organizational structuring and processes.
Having identified areas of weakness, GSW then works with clients to offer strategic insights and recommendations to address the concerns and implement sustainable solutions to promote greater DEI.
Utilising the latest academic best practices – GSW acts as external agents of change, to manage and promote healthy organizational development.

The Fritz Pollard Alliance (FPA) and General Sports Worldwide (GSW) are working alongside the National Football League (NFL) and each of the 32 clubs to evaluate, enhance and expand Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, in order to improve the success rates of recruiting, hiring and retaining minority candidates, as well as to foster a more inclusive workplace culture.
