The Suite Dreams Project is one of the most meaningful ways we put that belief into action.
About The Suite Dreams Project
The Suite Dreams Project was founded in 2000 as a programme of the General Sports Foundation, a Michigan-based non-profit organization. Its mission is to bring comfort and joy to children affected by serious medical conditions – by creating healing environments in their homes, hospitals and communities.
For more than 25 years, the project has transformed hundreds of bedrooms and living spaces into beautiful, restorative environments, designed to support children as they rest and recover. The primary focus is on families in low and moderate income urban areas – the places where access to this kind of support is often most limited and where it can make the greatest difference.
Why This Matters To Us
GSW was founded on the belief that sport has a unique ability to unite people and drive positive change. That belief doesn’t stop at the stadium gates.
The Suite Dreams Project is part of who we are as a business – a reflection of our commitment to the communities in which we operate and our view that a successful sports organisation should be measured by more than its commercial results.
We are proud of everything the Suite Dreams Project has achieved and proud of our ongoing involvement in supporting its work.
