Introducing Alfie Zak: The newest member of the GSW commercial team

General Sports Worldwide is delighted to welcome Alfie Zak to the team as Commercial Executive.

Fresh from completing his Masters in Sports Business and Innovation at Loughborough University London, Alfie joins GSW at the age of 23 – and admits that joining the company has already fulfilled a career ambition.

Working in sport has always been my dream. When I was 10, I was convinced I was going to make a career as a footballer. Once it became clear that wasn’t going to happen, I was determined to find a way to stay connected to sport.

At GSW, Alfie is contributing across multiple service areas – including commercial consultancy, ticketing, hospitality and M&A.

Working for a sports management agency always appealed to me because of the sheer scope of what you can get involved in. I didn’t want to be pigeon-holed in one specific area and, since joining GSW, I’ve already worked on a number of different projects.

Alfie is a Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holder and a keen sports fan across multiple disciplines – including competitive cross country running at national level during his teens.
